- Food processor
- Air-tight storage container (if creating extra)
WHOLESOME INGREDIENTS
(Note: Use all organic, fresh ingredients if possible)
Makes 2 servings
1 cups fresh strawberries (if using frozen strawberries, thaw them out)
1/2 cup brewed green tea (cooled)
4 -6 large mint leaves (use more if the mint leaves are on the smaller side)
1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)
Brew the green tea according to instructions on the box using distilled or reverse osmosis pure water. Set aside 1/2 cup green tea for the dressing and enjoy the rest! Wash the strawberries and mint leaves with a vegetable wash and rinse in the strainer. Place green tea, strawberries, mint, and optional honey (if adding) into a food processor. Blend until the dressing in a smooth consistency.
Drizzle on salads, fresh cut fruit, and more! Store any extras in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. This is a great dressing to make ahead of time and use during the week.
Once you taste this sweet dressing you’ll be hooked!
