06 Dec How to Prepare Coconut Milk in 2 Minutes
Store-bought coconut milk is convenient, but it usually comes with unwanted additives and preservatives you don’t want. On the flip side, it can feel very difficult to make your own, but I’m here to tell you it’s not!
With this recipe all you need is a blender, two ingredients, and two minutes!

WHOLESOME INGREDIENTS
(Note: Use all organic, fresh ingredients if possible)
2 cups distilled, pure water
2 tbsp coconut butter
STEPS TO SOMETHING DELICIOUS
Pour water milk into the blender first (this keeps things from sticking), then add the coconut butter. Blend one minute or until smooth. Pour into a mason jar with lid or your favorite pitcher. You can store this in the refrigerator up to 5 days. Shake well every time before using.

Posted at 07:54h, 20 JanuaryI recently listened to Rich Roll podcast with Darin. They breifly brought up fermented coconut milk and commented on how delicious it was. I was wondering if you could ferment the above coconut butter nut milk with kefir grains. Thanks.
