Advice For New Mothers
Posted at 07:51h, 11 MarchQuick question: Do you just peel the ginger and place it in the pot with the other ingredients to infuse it, and then remove the ginger, or do you do something else to the ginger that I’m not getting? 🙂

Posted at 13:05h, 13 MarchHi, I peeled the ginger and blended with the rest of the ingredients. Do not remove the ginger, drink it with the rest of the “milk” and enjoy all the benefits this amazing root has to offer.

Posted at 03:16h, 23 MayThank you for that super delicious and healthy recipe! ????
Don’t peel the ginger! Most of the good stuff is located directly under the skin.
Always use organic ginger. I try to avoid ginger from China. So when I get some organic ginger I don’t peel it.
Bleeding it all up together before heating is also a good idea! 🙂
I also put a bit black pepper ???
