KITCHEN UTENSILS
- Small Bowl
- Medium Bowl
- Knife
- Cutting Board
- Strainer
- Blender
WHOLESOME INGREDIENTS
(Note: Use all organic, fresh ingredients if possible)
Serves 1
2 cups seasonal mixed berries (cranberries, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc can all be used in the berry breakfast recipe!)
1/2 cup coconut shavings
Dressing:
1/2 cup coconut water
2 tbsp fresh mint leaves, washed and chopped
2 tbsp cashew butter or coconut butter
1/2 medium avocado
STEPS TO SOMETHING DELICIOUS
Wash berries, draining water well, and place into a bowl. Use a blender to mix sauce ingredients together and pour on top of berries. Sprinkle with coconut shavings and enjoy this berry breakfast recipe.
Optional: To turn the sauce into a smoothie base, add 1-2 cups of ice. Pour smoothie base into your favorite breakfast bowl, top with berries, and sprinkle with coconut shavings!
