‘Cheat Day’ Creamy Vegan Fettuccine Alfredo!

Small Sauce Pan

WHOLESOME INGREDIENTS

Serves 1

Sauce:
In a Little sauce pan:
1/4 almond milk
1/8 cup coconut milk
1Tbs Veganaise
2Tbs Chia seed pesto from Erewhon

Warm that up for a little bit then pop it into the Vitamix and add:
2 Heaping Tbs of Nutritional Yeast

STEPS TO SOMETHING DELICIOUS
Blend on high for a minute or so and then put back in sauce pan and warm it up and then pour it over Ezekiel Sprouted Fettuccine and an all-organic veggie patty (optional). Then, top it all off with some micro greens!

    I have all of the ingredients except the chia seed pesto….can I make my own somehow? I have the chia seeds already. Or can I just soak them or something?

    If your missing any ingredients you can just substitute them for something different like some friend kale, spinach etc or some normal vegan pesto
