WHOLESOME INGREDIENTS
Use enough fresh cut wheatgrass* to create 2-3 ounces of fresh juice.
1/2 inch ginger (or use 1/2 tsp powdered)
1 inch Turmeric (or use 1 tsp powdered)
Optional:
2-3 drops oregano oil
STEPS TO SOMETHING DELICIOUS
Wash stems under cool, pure water.
Run all stems, ginger, and turmeric through the juicer. If using powdered ginger or turmeric, stir it in to the wheatgrass. Add oregano oil if including it.
Drink up! It is actually very important to consume this shot within 15 minutes after making it, maximizing available nutrients. What an even bigger health boost? Drink it on an empty stomach.
The wheatgrass in this shot will give your body living chlorophyll. That is why it is best to use live wheatgrass if possible. By using a living plant, you will get the highest dose of chlorophyll wheatgrass can offer for your body. Wheatgrass juice is actually up to 70% chlorophyll.
